chiere has been bugging me to put up recent pictures of Gwyn as I guess a few people have been asking how her face healed up. It's been about a year and a half now since the initial snake bite

My mom is a nurse and has a patient with a PMU Percheron mare from Canada named Mary, and her baby, Charlie, who is about three years old now. He also has a little Morgan gelding named Stony. Hi everyone. I'm coming to you because Sam, the 19hh draft I ride, is finally getting too big for his 34" girth (this is a good thing - he can be quite tough to keep weight on). I can still get it on, and it tightens to about the third hole on either side, but it's a struggle, so I'd like to have some options for the inevitable day when it takes ( Read more... )

Hey everyone; it was the Wisbech Shire Horse Society Autumn Show yesterday at the East of England showground, so I was there for the day with Waldburgs. We only had two classes (with two horses, and two other horses doing cart rides for the public) so it was a pretty easy day. 6am start though, all the same!

Okay, guys, this is just a little follow up from my post about the Kentucky Cup Vaulting competition last week. If you remember, Sam, the horse I ride, carried the Mt. Eden ** team, because their team horse went lame. They ended up winning the ** competition, and here is the video. Sorry, it won't embed on LJ for some reason. :(
